Rocketeer

This Singer 500A sewing machine was made in Andersen, NC, here in the USA.

It comes in a portable traveling case.

The 500A is the technological heir to the 201. It's an all metal direct drive machine with no plastic parts to break and no belts to replace.

These machines were quality engineered with pride to last forever.

The difference between the 500 and the 201 is the 'Singer Slant'. The machine sews at an angle, which puts the work at a much more visible position when sewing.

The bobbin rack and feed dogs have undergone a full cleaning and oiling. The hook is in excellent condition.

I have thoroughly cleaned and re-lubricated the gears, to ensure smooth operation.

One of the most common things to be missing from this machine is the removable spool pin. This machine still has it.

A guide to stitch selection, based on the built in cam stack, is under the lid. If you are doing twin needle sewing, there are 2 spool pins for your thread built into the machine.

This machine also accepts 'black hat cams' for additional sewing designs, they are easy to swap in for changing the selected pattern.

This Rocketeer comes with the ORIGINAL manual, and the ORIGINAL accessories pack.

This includes the original feet, a straight stitch plate, a multi slot binder, a ruffler, and more.

I'm also including a Singer Professional Buttonholer, this is the best buttonhole attachment available for slant shank sewing machines. It comes with a set of 20 different pattern cams.

This is a solid machine that was designed to last forever, and it looks like it's going to live up to that promise!

It stitches beautifully both of of the internal cams and the black hat cams!

The accessories kit comes with 4 cams.
